About the project
Quinto Stile is a Florence-based property management company specialising in tailor-made short-term rentals.
They had a clear vision for their service, but no digital presence capable of communicating it or reaching the right audience.
We designed and built the entire website from scratch, starting from strategy and moving through UX/UI design to WordPress development.
The goal was to establish Quinto Stile as a recognisable, trustworthy name in Florence’s short-term rental market and to make it easy for property owners to take the first step and book a consultation.
Every detail was considered. The homepage video was produced as part of the project to give the brand an authentic voice.
Founder photography was handled by Lara Cervaroli, founder of Pubblikit, whose work naturally aligned with and reinforced the visual style and colour palette proposed for the website design.
A Calendly integration was built directly into the site so that booking a call requires no effort on the visitor’s side.
On the technical side, the site achieved a PageSpeed Insights score of 96 for Performance and a perfect 100 for both Best Practices and SEO — giving the business a strong foundation for organic growth from day one.
